(technical title change) 2013-04-06 Senate Journal Page 1006 Senator Coghill moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment, thus adopting the effective date?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 1(efd add H) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 1, thus adopting the effective date? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Dunleavy, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, Fairclough, French, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kelly, McGuire, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE BILL NO. 1(efd add H) "An Act establishing May 10 of each year as Alaska Mining Day; and providing for an effective date." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
